学术经历 (Academic Experiences)

自1996年博士毕业留校(天津大学)任教至今。1998年由讲师晋升为副教授,2007年晋升教授。2003年至2004年在英国南安普顿大学光电子研究中心作为国家公派访问学者。
1996-1998, Lecturer, 1999-2007, Associate Professor; 2007-Present, Professor in College of Precision Instruments & Optoelectronic Engineering, Tianjin University. In 2003 and 2004, Being a visiting scholar, supported by China Scholarship Council, working in the Optoelectronic Research Centre in the University of Southampton, Southampton, UK.

研究方向 (Research Interests )

主被动锁模固体激光器,光波导制备技术,光波导理论及光波导集成器件,超短脉冲光纤激光器及放大器,半导体光非线性效应及宽带THz产生技术,半导体光放大器及光调制器,宽带多波长变换技术,全光光纤传感网关键技术等。
Active and passive mode-locked solid-state lasers, fabrications of optical waveguides, theory of optical waveguides and photonic integrated devices, ultrashort pulse fiber lasers and fiber amplifiers, generation of THz waves by nonlinear effects in semiconductors, semiconductor optical amplifiers and optical modulators, techniques of multi-wavelength conversion and key techniques of all-optics optical fiber sensing network, etc.
