个人经历或学术经历
  • 张德龙教授1986年毕业于天津师范大学物理系理论物理专业, 并获得理学学士学位;
  • 1989年获天津师范大学理学硕士学位,主要从事离子束与固体表面相互作用的研究工作;
  • 1994年毕业于南开大学物理系凝聚态物理专业, 获理学博士学位;
  • 1994年毕业分配至天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院光电子信息与工程系集成光学与光纤技术研究室工作至今;
  • 2001年4月应邀赴德进行学术交流活动并参加了第十届欧洲集成光学会议;
  • 2001年6月破格晋升为教授;2003年9月被评聘为博士生指导教师;
  • 于2001年7月作为访问学者(Research Fellow)赴香港城市大学电子工程系光电子研究中心从事以铌酸锂为基底材料的有源和无源光波导器件的实验研究工作,2002年6月回到天津大学;
    此后,张德龙教授与香港城市大学电子工程系光电子研究中心潘裕斌教授所领导的课题组建立了密切的合作关系。每年均短期(3-4个月)赴香港城市大学电子工程系光电子研究中心从事合作研究工作和学术交流活动;此外,张德龙教授还与德国Paderborn大学应用物理系,西班牙马德里工业大学材料物理系, 德国奧斯那布鲁克大学物理系以及突尼斯Sfax科学学院物理系建立了合作关系。

研究方向

    从事与LiNbO3晶体有关的集成光电子器件和光电子材料科学的研究工作。

科研项目、成果和专利

    近年来,张德龙教授的课题组致力于从事与LiNbO3晶体有关的集成光电子器件和光电子材料科学研究以及相应的光波导器件开发工作,作为项目负责人先后主持了10余项基础研究及产品研发等科研项目,其中包括国家自然科学基金项目7项,省部级(重点)项目4项。目前在研基金项目有:国家自然科学基金2项,国家博士基金1项,天津市重点基金一项。
