个人经历或学术经历

  2018年3月获香港理工大学哲学博士学位,同年5月留校从事博士后工作。2019年1月任天津大学精仪学院长聘副教授至今。长期从事二维层状材料的大面积生长以及电子和光电子器件应用的开发工作。在国际上率先使用脉冲激光沉积技术合成大面积超薄黑磷薄膜,并通过场效应晶体管的测试展现了良好的电子特性,相关工作发表在《Advanced Materials》上,至今他引次数88次。同时合成晶圆级二维层状硒化铟薄膜,并设计展示了从可见到近红外的宽频带的光电晶体三极管应用, 相关结果发表在《ACS Nano》上,为ESI高被引论文。迄今为止在材料,应用物理,纳米科学领域的著名期刊上发表论文20篇,其中领域顶级期刊(IF>10)发表9篇,总被引用次数超过700,H因子13。
