  新型二维半导体器件微观输运特性研究及应用:

  1. (1)以传感新机理探究和高性能传感器研制为突破点,研究多物理场耦合作用下的新型微纳传感器;
  2. (2)基于二维范德华异质结的高容量存储器和新型逻辑运算器件;
  3. (3)以类突触晶体管、忆阻器为核心的存算一体化器件和感存算一体化器件;
